From the start, slashmedia
worked closely with the business group responsible for this product's production.
A working prototype was developed and when the focus of the product changed
from the non-technical end user to a more sophisticated user, the change
was reflected in the design.
In addition to providing technical services, slashmedia designed the myTravelbid
logo and was instrumental in developing the branding and "change is
good. exchange is better." service mark.
slashmedia developed the user and account management database and provided
programming of the web front end. slashmedia also worked closely with @theMoment,
Inc. who developed the online exchange engine.
Macromedia Flash was used to enhance the user experience both on the homepage
of myTravelbid (www.mytravelbid.com) as well as in online collateral for
the myTravelbid branded site - Rosenbluth Exchange.
